FRP Damper Valves

FRP damper valves are flow-control devices in FGD ductwork and scrubbers. They regulate flue gas flow or isolate sections of the system. FRP dampers are constructed from fiberglass-reinforced plastic parts (blade and housing) suitable for corrosive airstreams. In many cases, they are FRP/PP or FRP/FRP knife gate or butterfly dampers. These valves provide the needed flow modulation without the rust issues of steel dampers.

Applications
