Window Frames

FRP window frames are lightweight, precision profiles that resist deformation, rot and corrosion. Unlike aluminum or wood frames, FRP frames never stain, rot or warp. They can be pultruded with an insulating core and UL-certified fire retardant, making them suitable for safety glazing. Typical fiberglass window frames feature high dimensional stability, reducing thermal transfer (energy savings) and ensuring tight seals.

Key Features

  • Zero thermal bridging (fiberglass is a poor conductor)
  • UV-stable resin (no fading or chalking in sun exposure)
  • Insect-proof (glass is not a food source for pests)

Benefits

  • Long-lasting seal (does not swell or shrink with moisture)
  • Can meet insulated window energy codes
  • Electrical insulation ensures safety in electronic display or power-line-side installations

Applications

  • Corrosion-proof windows in chemical or wastewater plants
  • Marine or coastal home window frames (resist salt air)
  • Greenhouse or agricultural building frames (moisture/chemical tolerant)

Technical Specifications

  • Sizes matched to standard sash dimensions (e.g. 50×75 mm profile)
  • Factory-cut corners or glued joints for strength

Unique Selling Points (USPs)

  • Superior energy efficiency (glass fiber core lowers heat transfer)
  • Maintenance-free (no repainting required, does not rust)
