Door Frames

Our FRP Door Frames provide a corrosion-free, dimensionally stable support for door panels. Constructed from pultruded composite profiles, they remain straight and true (no swelling or rotting) even in rain, high humidity or salt air. According to industry data, FRP door frames are “resistant to corrosion, rot, insects and chemicals” while traditional wood “is prone to warping, rotting, and termite damage”. FRP frames can be molded with fire-retardant resin, allowing certification for fire-rated doors. They accommodate metal reinforcements or wood blocking internally for hardware mounts, yet the exterior stays maintenance-free. FRP door frames also offer excellent insulation against heat loss and noise.
